The online platform known as Century Champs ("Website" or "Site"), as well as its corresponding mobile applications ("Applications"), are the property of and managed by Century Champs, hereinafter referred to as "Century Champs," "the Organization," "we," "us," and "our." These terms and conditions govern your usage and access to the Site and Applications. If you do not consent to comply with these terms, it is imperative that you discontinue your use of the Site and Applications promptly.
By using the services provided by Century Champs, users acknowledge and accept any modifications made to the existing Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, and usage policies by Century Champs.
In the event that a user rejects the changes to these Terms & Conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use, Century Champs retains the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to prevent the user from accessing the services and features provided by Century Champs.
Century Champs has the authority to establish general guidelines and restrictions for Century Champs, including deactivating or deleting a user's account along with associated data and files, moving or removing any submitted content, and implementing general practices and restrictions.
If a user is found or suspected of violating Century Champs' terms and conditions or improperly using Century Champs or its features, Century Champs reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the user's access, deactivate or delete the user's account and information, and take legal or technical action if necessary.
The use of all types of user information, including payment and personal information collected at the time of registration, is governed by the Century Champs Privacy Policy available at Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for maintaining the privacy of their accounts and passwords. Any misuse of linked payment accounts should be promptly reported to Century Champs. Century Champs is not liable for any loss or harm resulting from the misuse of user-linked payment accounts.
To access restricted areas and services on the Site and Applications, you may be required to register for an account. By applying for an account, you acknowledge and assure that all information provided, both currently and in the future, is accurate, and you commit to maintaining its accuracy. The Organization retains the right to refuse enrollment for any account under any circumstances.
If you receive a password or other sign-in details to access your account as part of our security procedures, it is essential to treat such information as confidential and refrain from disclosing it to any third parties. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your sign-in information or any other security breach that could impact your use of the Site and additional Applications. The Organization is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this agreement.
Users have various payment options available, including Internet Banking/Debit/Credit Cards (referred to as the "Virtual Payment Mode"). Users acknowledge that the processes and information related to Virtual Payment Modes are governed by agreements between users and relevant institutions. In the case of any liability associated with Virtual Payment Modes, including fraudulent transactions, we bear no responsibility.
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from (a) transaction disapproval, (b) payment issues arising from the transaction, or (c) transaction decline for any reason. Users recognize that the payment service we provide is not a banking or financial service. Century Champs reserves the right to modify fees associated with the Services without prior notice, and such changes are binding on users.
For users submitting withdrawal requests, it is advised to check their registered email for correspondence from Century Champs if the request is processed a few days after submission. Violations of Fair Play Terms may lead to user restrictions and the suspension of withdrawal requests. Users found in violation may be blacklisted, resulting in the denial of withdrawal requests. Withdrawals typically take 5 to 7 business days under normal circumstances.
Winners will be chosen based on predefined criteria by Century Champs. In cases where there are multiple pre-designated winners, the selection will be based on the order of their combined scores after the relevant round of the Contest.
Before the game begins, Century Champs will specify the number of winners and the corresponding winning amounts. In the event of a tie, winning participants will be declared joint winners, and pools will be distributed equally among them.
Users must comply with Century Champs' terms and conditions to ensure Century Champs is not released from any obligation to pay winnings related to the use of its platform. If a player in the paid versions of the Contest(s) is identified as a resident of the mentioned Indian states, Century Champs reserves the right to disqualify that player and forfeit any accrued winnings.
In cases where both users in a head-to-head competition have identical teams with the same players, captain, and vice-captain, no winner will be announced. The entry fees for both users will be reimbursed to their Century Champs user accounts.
The company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any ongoing Contest(s) at any time if deemed necessary to comply with governmental, statutory, or regulatory requirements, approvals, or if the Contest(s) are found to be unlawful or prohibited by law. Users of Century Champs services agree to refrain from taking legal action arising from such cancellations or withdrawals. No person who is an employee, director, affiliate, relative, or family member of Century Champs is eligible to enter any Contest.
The company (or its licensors) maintains complete ownership and exclusive rights to the Site and Apps, encompassing graphics and content. These terms do not confer or transfer ownership titles or any other interests in these rights to users or any other individuals.
In these terms, "Intellectual property" refers to all intellectual and commercial property rights, comprising but not limited to copyright, database rights, computer software rights, URLs, trade names, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, rights in appearance and reputation, and the right to use one's own name.
Users acknowledge that accessing and utilizing the features offered by Century Champs is done willingly and at their own risk. By doing so, users agree not to hold Century Champs accountable or responsible for any loss or damage incurred, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, deaths, or property loss during access to the features, including participation in the Contests or as a result of accepting any winnings.
Those utilizing the services or features provided by Century Champs indemnify Century Champs, along with its directors, employees, partners, associates, and licensors, from any responsibility, liability, cost, loss, or expense faced by the user due to their access to the features. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury and property damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, or resulting from negligent acts or omissions on the part of the user. Century Champs will not be collectively or individually liable for any errors or omissions, whether on its behalf or on behalf of third parties, regarding the money.
The Company retains the authority to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and Applications, without notice and without refund, at its sole discretion, for violations of these terms or any misuse of the Site or Applications. In case of multiple violations, the Company may take action against all associated accounts. The Company also reserves the right to remove the Site and Applications at any time without assuming liability for any resulting loss or damage.
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that specific provision will be severed, modified, or removed, while the remaining terms will remain valid to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Organization's failure to enforce any obligation under these terms or exercise its rights or remedies does not constitute a waiver. The Organization's waiver of one default does not waive subsequent defaults. No waiver by the Organization of your obligations under these agreements is valid unless expressly stated in writing.
The user and Century Champs mutually agree that the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from or related to these agreements, including non-binding disputes.
